This Andean ceremony is a deeply intentional cultural experience, rooted in ancestral Andean traditions and held within a breathtaking remote landscape high in the Andes. Designed for vow renewals, elopements, intimate weddings, and sacred couple unions, each ceremony is approached with respect, presence, and care, honoring the land, the mountains, and the unseen energies that surround us.
The experience takes place in the morning, when the light is soft and the mountains feel especially alive. Set far from crowds and modern distractions, the ceremony unfolds in a wide open Andean landscape, offering a rare sense of stillness, intimacy, and connection.
The ceremony begins with traditional Andean practices used to open the sacred space and acknowledge the presence of the Apus, the living mountain spirits. The sound of the shell horn and ancestral music carries across the landscape, marking the transition into ceremony and calling in guidance, protection, and harmony.
You will be guided through the preparation of k’intus, small groupings of three coca leaves that represent the Andean worlds. Into these leaves, intentions, prayers, and words of gratitude are softly whispered, creating a personal and meaningful connection to the ceremony.
These intentions are then placed into a carefully prepared offering, assembled with natural and symbolic elements that represent balance, reciprocity, gratitude, and the shared path you are choosing together. This act is not a performance, but a living tradition, practiced with reverence and intention.
The ceremony closes with an Andean sound healing session, using traditional instruments to gently ground the energy of the ritual and allow space for reflection and integration. Blankets and ponchos are provided to keep you warm and comfortable during this serene moment.
To complete the ceremony, the offering is given to the fire. As the flames and smoke rise, the intentions are symbolically carried to the ancestral realms, bringing the ritual to its natural and meaningful close.
Following the ceremony, you are invited to relax and reflect together over a beautifully prepared Andean picnic, set against panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This quiet moment offers time to simply be present with one another, the land, and the experience you have just shared.
The Andean Dreamscape Ceremony is an experience of connection, intention, and cultural depth, created with care and respect, and designed to remain with you long after the day itself.
Each ceremony experience includes access to a comfortable A-frame cabin, providing a discreet and welcoming backup rain plan and a quiet space for the ceremony should weather conditions prevent us from hosting the blessing outdoors. This ensures the experience flows with ease while honoring the natural rhythms and realities of the Andean environment.
We’ll take care of all the logistics, pre-ceremony planning, and day-of coordination — so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy your special day.
